In the United Kingdom where The Muppet Show was taped, commercial breaks were shorter, so there was always an extra two minutes of content—a rip-roaring musical number or sketch, sometimes even an old music hall song catered to English tastes—in the international version that did not appear in the United States. In this program, we present a compilation of these rare, restored, and never-before-seen U.K. spots. Program duration: 90 mins.
