SIL is worried, very worried, which does not keep his reptilian skin in the best condition! Confined in a cold detention cell on the moon, awaiting a deportation hearing for trial on drug offences on Earth, he faces a death sentence if he is found guilty.

Puneet and Isabel’s research has achieved a clinical milestone using CRISPR technology to transplant a genetically modified pig liver into a human. The consequences could be unprecedented—a cure for many genetic disorders—but also potential genome editing of our future generations without their consent. How far will Isabel go in her pursuit?
